This reel is equipped with ABEC 7 full ceramic spool bearings to provide exceptional rotation performance.
Ceramic Bearings are designed to run COMPLETELY DRY and require NO LUBRICATION.
These bearings have quicker start up inertia and hit higher RPM than Steel bearings giving you longer and more accurate casts.
Full ceramic bearings are more efficient, last longer and saltwater proof. The ceramic bearing sound in our baitcasting reels is the result of the harder material and lower friction compared to steel bearings, leading to a louder, high-pitched sound during casting.
