Trika rods come with a 1-year unconditional money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Should you find yourself unsatisfied for any reason we will exchange it for a new rod of the same series or refund you the full purchase price.
Warranty/Rod Replacement Policy
After the 1-year “Money Back Guarantee” period ends, every Trika rod has a one-time replacement warranty. In the unfortunate event that your Trika rod breaks for any reason, we offer our original customer the opportunity to purchase a new Trika rod of the same model at 50% off the retail price.
